YOGA LESSONS IN AUGUST
Daily Yoga Classes - All Levels - 1 or 2 classes per day
In our Surf Camp we know how Yoga is connected and helps to improve your Surf skills. It helps to make your body stronger and more flexible at the same time helping to relax after intensive surf session.
That's why the whole AUGUST you will have an opportunity to join Daily Yoga Sessions - in the morning and in the evening.
Each class consists of short practice of breathing techniques, gentle mobilization of the body, practice of basic or more advance asanas and final stretching and relaxation.
There is no need for previous experience, although some knowledge of yoga is welcomed. There is a number of variations for each level of experience, so do not worry if you are just starting.

Let us introduce Kate - an amazing Yoga Teacher from Czech Republic
Kate has started yoga in 2014 and has been teaching it since 2017. She is qualified for both power and hatha yoga - this means both dynamic as well as very calm classes.
In addition to teaching yoga in Yoga Studios, Kate also has vast experience in teaching ‘yoga for healthy back‘ with focus on physiotherapy.
"I am passionate about anatomy, physiology and medical applications of yoga as well as about meditation and its psychological aspects"
